Please join Sue Resnick in a discussion on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day on Jews and the Civil War. 

Most Jews don't know the breadth and depth of Jewish involvement in the Civil War, and that understanding this history may help us move forward in a kind of "truth and reconciliation" about our collective responsibility toward communities of color.

Sue Resnick is a long-time member of Brith Shalom, and has taught religious school, high school, and Adult Education at Brith Shalom, Congregations Beth Yeshurun and Beth Israel, and CAJE.
