Starting in December our traditional Shabbat adult educations programs returned to Shabbat.

Session begins at 1 pm.  Zoom will be available at 12:45 pm.

The Inspired Book Clubs continues reading Constantine's Sword by James Carroll. 

CONCLUDING CONSTANTINE'S SWORD -- The Inspired Book Club next meets on SATURDAY, JAN. 9, 2021, 1:00 PM on Zoom.  We will conclude Constantine's Sword, by James Carroll.  Please read Parts 7-8 and the Epilogue (pp. 475-618 in the paperback edition).  Suzanne Rickles will lead the discussion.

On Saturday, February 13, 2021, the IBC will discuss a new book: The Periodic Table, by Primo Levi.  Please read the entire book for this meeting.  The discussion leader will be announced later.

On Saturday, March 13, 2021, the IBC will begin discussing our next book, Like Dreamers: the story of the Israeli paratroopers who reunited Jerusalem and divided a nation, by Yossi Klein Halevi.  The schedule and discussion leader will be announced later. 

The Periodic Table and Like Dreamers are available in hardback, paperback, audio and eBook editions through the Houston Public Library OR on-line book sellers.
