Dear Brith Shalom friends,
We hope you are safe but our hearts go out to all who have suffered devastating losses during Hurricane Harvey. At such moments we are confronted with a deep understanding of what is truly important and we thank God that y’all are physically safe.
Although we are still experiencing the effects of this terrible storm as a synagogue family, we wish to collect information so that, as soon as possible, we will be able to provide support to those who have flooded.
Please let us know if you, your friends or families have flooded. Help us by providing the best way to make contact.
Let us know what assistance is needed with clean up, laundry, meals, etc. so that once it is safe to go out, we can find volunteers to assist. If you are interested in volunteering, please fill out this webform. We will get back to you as soon as possible with your assignments.
We pray that all remain safe throughout the storm and look forward to reconnecting in next few days.
